As a Jesse Herfel Group Sales Agent, you have the opportunity to represent both Buyers and Sellers! A qualified Sales Agent should have an Arizona Real Estate license and sales experience. This is an opportunity to accelerate your business and get into immediate production. Most of our Agents new to the team put a deal in escrow in the first 30 days! You’ll be working with clients that come from our website, our inside sales team and database, past clients and referrals. Our lead flow and training will equip to you to earn without limits!

Responsibilities
  • Follow-up on leads in a timely manner
  • Write and negotiate contracts  
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Passionate about providing the highest level of customer service
  • Engage in the coaching and training provided by the team to increase skill set and production
  • Collaborate with team to reach monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Qualifications
  • Be a highly collaborative team member who thrives in an quick paced and ever growing environment. 
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology (ie ARMLS, Real Estate CRM).
  • A passion for selling and negotiation. 
  • Self-driven and looking for opportunity.
  • Educate clients through their home buying and/or selling experience.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Show good organizational and time management skills.
  • Active Arizona Real Estate License Preferred.
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan yearly
