The Villegas Group is looking to hire a full time sales agent. You will be handed leads daily. You will have a full-time transaction coordinator assigned to you. You will have a marketing department working for you.

This job is straight commission, with the potential to make six figures.

It will take roughly 60 days to get the system down and learn how to fill your pipeline with our system so candidates must be financially stable.

We're looking for two people who want to put their heads down, close sales, work hard and make money.

Our clients are attorneys, doctors, entrepreneurs, financial advisors and millionaires so professionalism is a must.

  • Cultivate relationships with new clients and stay in touch with your past clients and sphere of influence. 
  • Show homes to buyers.  
  • Present marketing plans to sellers. 
  • Negotiate purchase agreements. 

  • Must have closed at least 12 real estate transactions within the last three years
  • College degree/credits preferred
  • Create sense of comfort and familiarity with people and able to build rapport 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
