We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Sales Agent who is motivated and passionate about making the home buying and selling experience as simple and streamlined as it can be.

For the first several months up to a year, you will be a clone. You will learn by following. Applicant needs to be flexible and easy going but also motivated and driven. Many administrative duties will be required in additional to sales agent duties. Job seekers should have superb organizational skills and love talking to people.

The best applicant is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. He/she is an excellent leader within the organization, able to maintain a cohesive sales team of Buyer and Listing Specialists who are united in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals. They will also help Buyers and Sellers themselves. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. They want more and take the next steps, without being asked, to get more. They understand that they earn their position, that it takes time to be great and they are willing to put in the time to become all they can be.

Eventually, this person could lead the team including; hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Buyer and Listing Specialists. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the management ability, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving individual who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing and to seek win-win agreements.

The Sales Manager also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/she is committed to investing in the people on the team and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities.

This position is entry-level, but the growth opportunity is immense. We are looking for someone who wants a career, not just a job. Loyalty is extremely important to us.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends
  • Attain organizational sales goals and revenues by creating a sales strategy
  • Manage budgets and expenses
  • Develop and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Strong technology background with the ability to learn and master new software
  • Preferably have at least one year of sales manager/team leader experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Innovative with "out of the box" solutions
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to multi-task, change plans on a whim, do what it told of them and be available at a moment's notice
  • Minimum 4-6 hours per weekend required
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license
  • Must have unlimited cell plan
