The Mills Group is seeking out a highly motivated, part-time assistant that is passionate about real estate. You will be directly assisting Jonathan Mills, the team leader in a number of roles to help continue to build The Mills Group brand and increase sales volume. You will also have the opportunity to work as a buyers agent and create additional income for yourself. This job will begin as an hourly position, but will grow into a salaried position for the right candidate.

  • Coordinate transactions
  • Assist in showings and home inspections
  • Manage all aspects of the team marketing plan with a $50,000+ annual budget.
  • Call and secure online leads
  • Office assistance
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Must be a highly motivated individual
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Must have incredible organization skills
  • Availability on some weekends
  • Professional and cheerful tone for phone calls
$13 - $15 hourly

You will have a brand new desk and chair in a large, shared office as well as a personal Mac desktop.
