We’re looking for a computer-savvy real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and electronically file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments and offer clients a concierge service by prepping homes for photo appointments, donating items left behind, checking on vacant properties and assisting in any way possible. Our ideal candidate is a computer wiz, has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.   • Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational events
  • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
  • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements
  • Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements
  • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed

  • Run errands such as meeting with the photographer, hanging/removing Pending signs, pick up and drop off lockboxes, return cable equipment, light packing/shipping for clients, and miscellaneous travel, as needed

  • Weekend and evening availability
  • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry

  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Computer savvy

$14 - $18 hourly
