We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to assist with Investors for our growing Real Estate Team in Marietta, GA! You must be a tough cookie who is highly motivated to succeed. This is NOT what you see on HGTV.

This position will focus on cash offer processes. You will be generating cash offer leads, attend appointments with seller, follow up on sellers, coordinate contractors after purchase.

As a Sales Agent, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people and takes ownership of the sales process to maximum effectiveness. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

Compensation - 100% Commission

Responsibilities
  • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
  • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
  • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM

  • Work in and manage a CRM system.
  • Follow the prescribed process for handling all leads.
  • Participate in intensive real estate sales training.
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections.

Qualifications
  • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented

  • Experience working with Investor Buyers.
  • Wholesale experience preferred. 
  • Understands ROI, inspections, repairs and retail value.
  • Disciplined with time management. 
  • Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.
  • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken.
  • Quick learner with high level computer skills.
  • Wants more for themselves than just a weekly salary.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.

Compensation
$35000 - $55000 yearly
