We are seeking capable, ambitious, energetic newly licensed or pre-licensed real estate agents to join our growing network of local Sales Agents in Toronto.

We have two locations in Toronto:

• Real Estate Head Office - 678 Sheppard Ave. E. Toronto - near Bayview Village
• Real Estate Boutique retail office that has recently opened at Yonge & 401

Both locations are in an area that provides a lot of walk-in traffic.

For newly licensed Real Estate agents you will be given the proper training and full attention from the best in the business that have decades of experience. Our goal is to give you the proper tools that will enable you to achieve your full growth potential so you can focus on selling Real Estate.

Both newly licensed and pre-licensed sales agents will be given the same attention and provided with full service from
our Administrative and Management staff to help and support you.

Note: Real Estate is a commission-based field so you must be comfortable with a variable salary based on the time you decide to apply to your Real Estate career.

Real Estate Agent requirements and qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent or higher education degree
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Ontario RECO Real Estate License
• Mandarin, Cantonese, and Farsi are not necessary - but an asset
• Basic computer skills ( Typing / Data Entry)
• Detailed Oriented
• Good verbal and Written communication skills
• Self-sufficient and Motivated
• Professional, Engaging personality
• Previous experience in Sales or Marketing is a plus
