Realtors needed in NE Florida Market Full/Part-Time

We are hiring people-oriented individuals with outstanding positive attitudes. Our Real Estate Sales agents are dedicated to their craft and have a track record of success. They are eager to embrace the systems, tools, technology, and mentorship that our team offers. We offer a supportive, learning-based work environment and a large database of leads. Each agent receives roughly 30 – 50 new leads per month as well as access to work pre-existing leads from our extensive database. We are not a cold calling company. You will need to make calls but they will be focused on team generated leads and your own Sphere of Influence. We don't have a magic wand, your individual efforts will determine your success.

Administrative support, website, tools, and systems which help you grow your client base consistently over time are provided. As a member of our team, you will apply these tools and systems as you create a rewarding, stable, and long-term career in real estate.

Top training for all agents! Training resources include online lessons, in-person help, and shadowing established agents.

Experience is not necessary for this position – the desire to work and learn is required. The ability to work well in a team environment is mandatory!

Must be currently licensed in real estate or pursuing a license.
