Responsibilities

  • Set up showings for clients
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers
  • Strive to complete 25 - 50 successful closings annually
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
  • Consult with clients in order to discover property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Speed to Lead
  • Follow up consistently
  • Brand yourself
  • Listen to client's needs
  • Self-branding

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Be customer focused with a positive attitude
  • Customer service or sales background preferred
  • Be a strong communicator

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers

Qualifications
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired

  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
