We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who is interested in building their career in a consultative-selling environment as a Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee. While a Real Estate License is required for this position, industry experience is not as essential as strength of character, leadership, and ambition. We place a high emphasis on training and skill development and provide ample opportunities for growth.

As a Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee, you will be responsible for providing up-to-date information regarding customers and their stage in the home buying and selling process. You will follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections in a professional and ethical manner. Meeting productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries is essential in order to meet the needs of our customers. You will be required to make outbound calls, communicate via email, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure the buying and selling needs of our customers are met. Additionally, you will gather information from clients and qualify them before passing them on to our agents for an organized and efficient sales process.

• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
• Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
• Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel

• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
