We are a nationwide retained search agency that specializes in Administrative and Management-level placements in the real estate industry. We are expanding our services to also offer Real Estate Agent Recruiting and we are looking for an experienced Sales Agent Recruiter to join our team and head up this new division. Our clients are Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and Brokerages who are looking to leverage their business by hiring top-level talent. In total, we do about 70+ placements per year.

The Opportunity

This is a work-from-home position with flexible hours. You should be available to work approximately 40 hours each week during normal business hours and at least one day per week, into the early evening to accommodate candidates who can only interview after work. This role offers autonomy, the chance to build out a recruiting process, and eventually manage other recruiters.

Salary: Base salary plus commission

The ideal candidate plays an active role in the recruiting and screening of real estate agents. You will maintain, build, and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Your duties will also include: 

  • Identifying and qualifying “medium level” producers at other companies
  • Outbound and inbound agent recruiting efforts both cold and warm
  • Develop drip email campaigns and other marketing strategies to connect with prospects
  • Share the benefits of the company we represent; articulate the value proposition and compensation plans when appropriate
  • Respond promptly to prospective agents and team members 
  • Serve as a consultant to your clients; help them identify and recruit the best talent for their team
  • Maintain active communication with candidates and clients
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly quotas


In the past, you have…

  • Loved being a Recruiter
  • Worked in a similar role in recruiting sales agents 
  • Made 50+ outbound calls a day 
  • Placed a minimum of 4 candidates a month, but love to exceed your goals 

Ideally, you are familiar with...

  • Consultative selling and building long-term relationships with prospects
  • Systems and processes; including experience with a CRM or database to build and maintain a pipeline
  • Leading others by influence
