Our Sales Recruiter is a “hunter” and instrumental in implementing Reali’s plan to achieve growth to more than 400 Real Estate Agents in 2022. This is a hands-on, “boots on the ground” sales position where you will interact with our Real Estate Team, source, attract, nurture, and hire Real Estate Agents throughout California.

The Sales Recruiter is a non-supervisory position based in the field. The position reports to our Sales Recruiting Manager. Compensation is a mix of base and variable pay per performance and includes full benefits and stock options.


  • Source, hunt for, and hire Real Estate Agents by developing relationships and active and passive means including advertising, job boards, cold-calling, events, meetings, and information sessions, among others
  • Maintain database of prospects and nurture for additional leads and referrals
  • Keep accurate statistics on lead generation and hiring funnels and report them to the Sales Recruiting Manager
  • Develop new lead sources and strategies for Real Estate Agent hiring, including long-term nurturing strategies
  • Build effective relationships with hiring managers
  • Develop a deep understanding of Reali’s business practices and unique products and effectively sell this to prospective new hires
  • Nurture and qualify prospects according to successful agent profiles
  • Assist, in partnership with the People team, with full cycle process of sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding new Real Estate Agents
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for prospect lead generation and hiring
  • Provide market data and insights to Real Estate leadership team
  • Build relationships with industry referral sources
  • Any and all other responsibilities as assigned by the Recruiting Manager or Real Estate Team


Must Haves:

  • Self-motivation to meet and exceed sales and/or recruiting goals
  • Superior headhunting and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and implementing grassroots sourcing techniques
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to attend in-person meetings, open houses, broker tours, and other recruiting events

Nice to Haves:

  • Understanding of sourcing and hiring
  • Deep understanding of the residential Real Estate industry; current or former licensed agent in California, a plus
  • Prior experience recruiting
  • Strong understanding of how to use social media channels for lead generation and candidate engagement
  • ATS tracking/metrics reporting

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
