At the Q & U Team - Compass, we offer a tried-and-true training program that grants you access to lead generation from renowned partners such as Zillow, Google, and Facebook. We empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to close more deals, increase your market exposure, and unlock your full potential.

Our onboarding process spans three days, followed by an eight-week training program designed specifically for beginner agents in their first 90 days. During this time, our goal is for agents to close 2-3 deals within the first month of joining our team. Our training program covers a wide range of topics, including lead conversion strategies, effective buyer/seller consultations, the intricacies of the transaction process from contract to close, and everything in between. We also provide ongoing training to sharpen your abilities in roleplaying, listing appointment preparation, negotiation techniques, understanding current market conditions, and handling objections. Through this comprehensive experience and training, you will witness a significant boost in your conversion rates and ultimately close more successful deals.

As an agent at the Q & U Team, you will be responsible for:

• Representing sellers and buyers in the real estate market
• Writing purchase and listing agreements
• Performing property evaluations and searches
• Providing top-notch customer service to clients
• Prospecting weekly, maintaining your database
• Attending team meetings
• Coaching
• Meeting team standards
