Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy your Sphere of Influence strategy (social networks, friends, family, etc.).
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer or buyer’s representative.
  • Write offers, negotiate purchase price and repairs.
  • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales.
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers.
  • Always put the needs of your clients above your own.

Qualifications

  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity.
  • Outstanding customer service skills a must.
  • Active NC Real Estate license.
  • Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity.
  • Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively.
  • Basic Computer Skills a must.

Compensation
$65,000-$100,000 at plan
