We are a top producing real estate team in the Metro Denver area that has paid out $1.9 million in commissions in the last 3 years to agents on our team. We are expanding our Group and looking for a Top Notch Real Estate Agent to handle Buyer and Seller leads in Denver and surrounding communities. We are looking for a sales professional, preferably with a real estate license (If not we can help you get licensed and have school discounts) to meet with sellers and those considering selling their home. We will be starting a new training session in April/May of 2018 to help our agents hit their 2018/19 Goals.

This is an ideal job for a skilled sales person or a new licensee who wants to hone their sales skills and earn the right to move up on a successful team.

Professionalism is a must. As an Agent Partner with our Group you will be meeting with prospective clients to buy or sell a home. The ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must.


Responsibilities
  • Professional attire, positive attitude and mindset.
  • Respond to internet, seller valuation, buyer inquiries within 5 minutes during business hours. Track leads and ensure that they are properly followed-up with.
  • Go on Buyer and Seller appointments and follow our proven systems.
Qualifications
  • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license. (We can help you get one.)
  • 2+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of results is preferred.
  • 1+ years of real estate experience is preferred.
  • Willing to be held accountable for results.
  • Active, engaged team player with leadership qualities.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, strong phone voice, professionally dressed. Clean and reliable car needed for appointments.
Compensation
$100,000+ potential in first 18 months + Profit Share.
