Productive Columbus/Worthington real estate team looking to add 1 or 2 Realtors to help drive the business to over 250 transactions a year.

We are looking for a leader, preferably with a real estate license  to meet with sellers and those considering selling their home. This is an ideal job for a skilled sales person OR a new licensee who wants to hone their sales skills and earn the right to move up on a successful team.

Professionalism is a must. As a listing specialist you will be meeting with prospective clients to sell their home. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
  • Prepare listing presentation package with CMA, marketing materials
  • Build a good relationship with our clients
  • Negotiate all contracts on seller's behalf
  • Network 
Qualifications
  • Real estate license needed to give the best service to our clients, but we will work with people who have a fire in them to learn and grow
  • Be a team player who thrives on working with a company that drives hard
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies).
  • Self-motivated and excellent people skills
Compensation
$100,000+ earning potential
