As a Christine & Company Listing Agent, you get to delight your clients and prepare homes for marketing. A qualified Listing Agent should have a Real Estate License, have a “closing” mentality and be able to handle questions under pressure to help your client create a marketing plan. You’ll be working with Sellers that come from our website, online, cold calls and referrals.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential Sellers.
  • Call customers weekly to provide feedback on their listing.
  • Respond to customers' calls, emails and web requests.Go on listing appointments and close 70% or more of the appointments we send you on.
  • Lead listing practices.
  • Be a Team player!
  • Respond to all listing leads/requests.
  • Use Lead generation services. (Commissions Inc)
Qualifications
  • Real Estate license.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Be a Team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.Must have some experience in Real Estate and taking listings!
  • Must be great with clients and be a Team player.
  • Have a high level of integrity. 
  • Professional in attitude and appearance.
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
Compensation
$160,000 + bonus
