30-50 leads monthly, immediate need for licensed Realtor/Buyers Agent

We’re looking for people with die-hard enthusiasm, a flair for achievement, and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed.

The Buyer Agent is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.

He/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. The Buyer Agent works their pipeline daily, closes appointments to signed representation agreements, and then works with the buyer client to find a home that fits their needs. They will select homes that meet the criteria and show the homes to ensure the buyer clients see the homes. They will work with the buyer to refine the criteria as needed. Ultimately the Buyer Agent closes to get the buyer to write offers on homes. They will negotiate the offer, write the contract, and oversee the deal through its close. This is all done with the help of an in office closing coordinator.

The Buyer Agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/she is committed to investing in the people on the team. 


Responsibilities

  • Follow-up with Buyer leads as assigned
  • Understand and be able to explain our value proposition and distinctive capabilities.
  • Navigate the MLS to locate properties for Buyers and determine comparables.
  • Utilize programs such as Lead Management and CRM.
  • Schedule Buyer appointments and showings.
  • Secure Buyer loyalty through Buyer loyalty agreements.
  • Maintain continuous communication with Buyers.
  • Show homes to Buyers.
  • Write sales agreements.
  • Work with listing agents to negotiate offers.
  • Execute handoffs of Buyers under agreement to Closing Coordinators.
  • Interact and communicate with team members daily.

Qualifications

  • Must hold valid Kentucky Real Estate license
  • Must hold valid Driver's license
  • Requires attention to detail.
  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be able to multi-task.


Compensation

Salary: $60,000 + at-plan commission
