Real Estate Sales Agent wanted for a highly successful team! Top 1% in units for KW Agents in the office (130 agents), state-wide (3,500) and nationally (154,000). We believe if our agents have a fun work environment and work hard... it doesn't get much better than that (and make a lot of money). We believe and have proven that agents who have drive, are coachable and a willingness to lead generate have been able to generate $70,000 or more in income.

We balance having fun with accountability in accordance to what the agents set goals are. Our Transaction Coordinators take on a lot of the administrative duties, like or unique 36 touch client plan that all of our agents' clients receive. Our systems and models make the entire transaction much easier for the agent and provide the best service for our clients, which ensures repeat business and referrals.

We provide agents with upwards of 60-100 leads via the Commissions Inc platform. Yes, the agents will need to work those leads and convert and close on them. We have systems, scripts etc., that give agents the ability to close a significant amount of deals. Our systems streamline the process from marketing, lead generation and transactional workflows.

The combination of our marketing efforts and our educational tools make it easy for our team members to succeed, as long as they're willing to work.

We are also expanding at a rapid pace, and there will be opportunities for growth in the near future for the right person as we grow our footprint. We have significant potential for growth including the projection of opening up 2 expansion sites in Colorado in 2018. Several of the teams agents have leveraged our business to run side businesses and add extra income to their investment portfolio. The sky is the limit. 

Happy hours and practical jokes are common. We work hard and play hard while maintaining a professional image, which is great for morale and gives our clients a different experience than they could find anywhere else. We offer our agents individual sales volume bonuses and team sales volume bonuses.

Qualifications
  • Must have a clean and well maintained car, cell phone, laptop/tablet.
  • Real Estate license is required for the job duties. We prefer that you have your license already but we can help you obtain your license.
