As a Jesse Herfel Group Full Time Real Estate Sales Agent, you have the opportunity to represent both Buyers and Sellers! A qualified Sales Agent should have an Arizona Real Estate license and sales experience. This is an opportunity to accelerate your business and get into immediate production. Most of our Agents that are new to the team put a deal in escrow in the first 30 days! You’ll be working with clients that come from our website, our inside sales team and database, past clients and referrals. Our lead flow and training will equip to you to earn without limits!

  • Respond to all listing leads/requests.
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers. 
  • Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes.
  • Lead generate/network to source new business as needed.
  • Call customers weekly to provide feedback on their listing.
  • Respond to customers’ calls, emails and web requests.
  • Attends all team meetings, who enjoys collaborating with team members to exceed goals set, weekly, monthly and yearly.
  • Utilizes all approved vendor/affiliates that support the team.
  • Obtains reviews and testimonials from each clients.
  • Hold an active AZ real estate license.
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Passionate about providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn our technology platforms (Boomtown, Mojo, Brivity, etc).
  • A strong desire to be in the Top 10% of real estate agents in the Phoenix Metro Area.
  • Ideal candidates will have successfully completed 25+ transactions as the primary or co-listing agent.
  • Eager to learn and progress while working in an exciting environment.
  • Honest and ethical with high performance standards.
  • Ability to memorize and internalize scripts without modification.
  • Strong desire to continually develop professional skills and is coachable.
