Responsibilities
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term Real Estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents
  • Act as an intermediary between your buyer and potential seller and overall management of sales pipeline
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM
  • Confidence in making outbound calls each day to qualified leads
  • Participate in ongoing training and development 
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Communicate effectively both orally and written
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Strong phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Independent and self motivated
  • 1+ years of experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
