NEW AGENTS

You are:

  • A newly-licensed agent looking to launch your real estate career

New agents on our team learn how to net over $100,000 in their first year, which, for the right candidates, can mean limitless earning potential. EXPERIENCED AGENTS

You are:

  • A licensed agent, or a non-licensed agent with sales experience

Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to discover their needs, then find properties that meet those needs
  • Generate new business and book appointments
  • Prospect and manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and our customer relationship management systems
  • Provide extraordinary customer service to buyers
  • Organize and oversee open houses
  • Network consistently and market to prospect for new customers
  • Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
Qualifications
  • Current Real Estate License or willing to obtain a Real Estate License (we can help you get one!)
  • Sales experience
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A people-oriented, positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Resourceful and self-motivated
  • Forward thinking, proactive, dynamic
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Passion for building meaningful relationships and ability to make connections quickly
  • Quick learner (specifically real estate specific systems and marketing/lead technologies)
Compensation
$75,000+ at plan commission
