My name is Jay Lieberman. My wife, and partner, Michelle and I run a small real estate team in Westlake Village, CA at Keller Williams Realty. We are looking for someone that wants much more out of life, who wants to become part of something greater than themselves, and who wants to make an impact on their clients and community in many different ways. We are looking for someone who wants a fresh start with a team who practices a unique approach to selling property, unlike the rest of the industry.
If cold calling, door knocking, or any other reputation killing tactics used to obtain clients are comfortable to you, this is not the position for you.
Additionally, we will be available on a continuous basis as mentors before, before, during and after transactions.
You will be provided with all content to your database in the form of story based content about the team, your character as an agent on the team, our community outreach, client stories and client success case studies.
Jay and Michelle operate on a philosophy of serving clients through the application of their unique Value-Drive Approach to help clients achieve superior results and avoid their making fundamental mistakes in selling their homes. Versus the price drive approach utilized by the vast majority of the real estate industry. Their clients have experienced greater profit and less days on market, time and time again.
Jay has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years, both in commercial and residential real estate sales, development, construction, acquisition, and leasing. He has transacted over $1 Billion in transactions in homes, condos, apartment builidings, office, retail, and mixed-use properties. It is in residential real estate that Jay finds the most satisfaction. Jay also practices real estate law. Michelle previously practiced family law for many years and brings that level of attention, emotion and detail to the teams real estate transactions.
