- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and prospecting activities
- Conduct property tours, host open houses, and showcase properties to potential buyers
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiations
- Prepare and complete real estate documents, contracts, and agreements
- Stay updated with local and regional real estate market trends and regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fellow agents, and industry professionals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction

- Must be local in East Bay, Alameda Area
- Valid California real estate license
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with the East Bay, CA real estate market
- Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in using real estate software and online marketing platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of local zoning regulations, financing options, and property management
- Prior experience working as a real estate agent in the East Bay, CA area
$110,000 commission based
