Responsibilities
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business

  • Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and prospecting activities
  • Conduct property tours, host open houses, and showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiations
  • Prepare and complete real estate documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Stay updated with local and regional real estate market trends and regulations
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fellow agents, and industry professionals
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Past sales experience is preferred

  • Must be local in East Bay, Alameda Area
  • Valid California real estate license
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with the East Bay, CA real estate market
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in using real estate software and online marketing platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge of local zoning regulations, financing options, and property management
  • Prior experience working as a real estate agent in the East Bay, CA area

Compensation
$110,000 commission based
