Are you passionate about real estate and have been dying to get into real estate sales but haven’t taken the leap because it is a 100% commission-based position?

We are seeking 1 motivated individual who wants nothing more but to become a successful full-time real estate agent - and will be providing a salary plus commission structure. 

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to obtain your real estate license
  • Must be willing to work 40 hours per week in a real estate office - no remote work
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends(like all real estate agents)
  • Must be hardworking
  • Must be passionate about real estate
  • Must be coachable

Day To Day Activities

  • Show up to work Monday - Friday - 8:30 am-5 pm - in Wakefield, MA(no remote)
  • Call prospective buyers and sellers(no cold calls) - you will have metrics to hit
  • Meet with buyers and sellers at homes - oftentimes nights and weekends
  • Work open houses - mostly nights and weekends
  • Service listings that you are given

Pay
$36,000 base plus $1,500 per sale - projected sales 26 - $75,000 first-year earnings - your sales will come from leads and opportunities that we provide plus the occasional sale to a family or friend that you already know(no requirements on how many of these as most of your sales will be generated from our opportunities).  

This is not a JOB but a stepping stone to you building your own business as a real estate agent.

This is a one-year commitment, but and in year two you will have the ability to leverage off of the skills and experience you have gained in year one to build your own business - or continue on this path. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
