Our rapidly growing real estate team is looking for 2 new agents who want to join us who is dedicated to providing exceptional service in representing home buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly attend team meetings
  • Attend office training to help further your knowledge
  • Leads provided by the team are serviced in a timely manner, Speed to Lead
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and/or emails
  • Keep Team Lead informed on all client communications and developments (copied on all emails and update notes in CRM)
  • Communicate diligently with the Operations Manager to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients from initial contact through contract to close
  • Pre- Screen buyers to ensure they are qualified, then connect them with a preferred mortgage lender
  • Discuss the buyer's purchase method; i.e, cash, conventional, FHA/ VA, etc
  • Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients’ needs and abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Negotiation processes to include client consultation on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform Comparative Market Analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, title companies, and contractors
  • Attend closings at the Title Company or Attorney’s office
  • Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee entire negotiation process - Team Lead to help with writing offers to protect clients
  • Write and submit all offers to purchase homes for buyers - Team Lead is going to help with comps to support the contract price
  • Provide clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections appraisals with vendors. Team Leads to help with comps
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Performs outbound sales activities such as lead follow up and targeted cold calling
  • Follow up with web and phone inquiries

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity and knowledge of Indian River County area
  • A professional who is hardworking and self-motivated to succeed at a high level
  • Excellent personal, phone, and communication skills
  • Training is available to new and experienced agents based on your experience and knowledge
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and apply yourself daily
  • A great attitude and team player
  • Ability to learn, practice, and internalize sales scripts and objection handlers
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • Results-oriented and have the ability to take charge
  • Strong interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated record of success achieving and exceeding objectives in a sales position preferred
  • Coachable with a growth mindset
  • Willing to receive frequent coaching feedback
  • Strong team player and likes to work hard and play hard
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with constant change

Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000
