Do you love helping people find their dream home? We’re looking for an experienced real estate sales buyer’s agent to join our growing team. You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. If you’re an ambitious, motivated and polished real estate professional looking for a rewarding full-time sales position, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
  • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process

  • Prospect and follow-up with leads
  • Present your services as a real estate agent to buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses
  • Schedule listing appointments and present your listing presentation with clients
  • Educate clients on their home buying and/or selling experience
  • Show properties
  • Manage your transactions from listing to escrow
  • Live and breathe your expertise in the residential real estate market
Qualifications
  • New, seasoned, team or top-producing real estate agent
  • Licensed real estate agent in Florida
  • Motivated individual looking for support to run their own real estate business
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and approach
  • Be a self-starter looking to build your career
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

$100,000 at plan
