It's a 2 step plan:
Join our brokerage - The Brokerage commission structure is as follows:
- 80/20 split until 16k Cap and then 100% with Revenue Share and Stock Options - this is a new brokerage model platform
- Monthly office bill is $50 plus your own MLS, CTM, Board dues, etc.
- Conversion soon to be KV Core and CINC provided for no additional charge
- ICON Agents get their entire Cap back in Stocks - it only takes approximately 30-35 transactions per year
Then join my group! You brand yourself and you work from home. Our Team commission structure is as follows:
- 50 / 50 split for any deals where we provided the lead
- If you are a newer agent then there will be a 10% mentor fee
- Experienced Agents - no splits on personal deals.
There are opportunities for both full time and part time agents on my team. This is not a traditional opportunity.
- Give buyer / seller an overview of current market conditions and projections.
- Be the authority on all things related to real estate and the selling / buying process.
- Demonstrate CMA results including comparables, solds, current listings and expireds.
- Passionate about selling
- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Independent and self-motivated
$100,000+ at plan depending on experience
