Responsibilities

  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
  • Set weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals and be accountable for obtaining them
  • Continue learning the business through Keller Williams and SPAAR classes
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Work 30-40 hours per week, including 4-6 hours per day working on database and leads work
  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must be able to commit to 30-40 hours per week
  • Over 1 year of real estate experience required for Sales Associate
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be open to continuous learning and coaching
  • An established track record (2 years) of successful real estate sales for Senior Buyers’ Agent
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends

Compensation
$60,000 - $120,000+ at plan commission
