By learning the needs of our buyers, we can help to educate them on our market and be their guide to achieving their Steamboat Dream. These are all integral pieces to being a great agent and building a successful career with The Steamboat Group. 

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent listening skills and follow-up

Qualifications
  • Positive person who sees the world as an opportunity

  • Person who sees their success as a result of their actions everyday
  • Responds well to stress and keeps calm in all situations
  • 4 year College degree
  • Current cell phone and presentable vehicle

$60,000 - $100,000
