We are one of the top Real Estate teams, located in the Twin Cities, and we are looking for a real estate sales agents to affiliate with our team. The team is growing at a fast pace and this person will be trained to take over all sides of the business that supports and sustains this team. The ideal candidate will be driven, aggressive, competitive, and focused on building the relationships that will last a lifetime.

Note: The application and interview process is rigorous! The process will require the completion of a DISC profile to establish team fit, a video interview, and multiple in-person interviews. Please do not apply if you are not willing to complete the process!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all listing leads/requests.
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers.
  • Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes.
  • Handle all aspects of MLS and signs up/down.
  • Work closely with buyers’ agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
  • Network to source new business as needed.
  • Call customers weekly to provide feedback on their listing.
  • Respond to customers’ calls, emails and web requests.
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs.
  • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline.
  • Hold open houses regularly.
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice.
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.

Qualifications

Required experience: Proven track record exceeding expectations and outstanding results.

  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.

Compensation
$60,000+ Annual commission
