Your Requirements
- Be a licensed real estate agent or be willing to complete licensing courses. (Licensing school discounts available)
- Be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed for success. (Training is for licensed agents only)
- Be prepared financially to enter a 100% commission position. (Full-time and part-time opportunities available)
- Be ready to work in an exciting and energetic atmosphere! (We are electric and love it!)
Responsibilities
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Networking and prospecting using KW's proven systems and models
- Showing properties and helping clients find their dream home
- Marketing properties and working with home sellers
- Negotiating deals and closing sales
- Staying up-to-date on the local real estate market
Qualifications
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Tech savvy
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- A desire to have control over your professional growth
- Strong communication and networking skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A valid real estate license/or be willing to get one
- The ability to devote your time to growing your real estate business
Compensation
$50,000 - $200,000
