The Barela & Associates Real Estate Team is rapidly growing our sales team and we are hiring skilled full-time agents. This position is a unique opportunity to accelerate your real estate career quickly and build a predictable income by delivering exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Take a consultative approach to determine the client's needs and objectives
  • Follow our proven sales process model 
  • A proactive approach to sales-related activities including outreach, client communication, and nurturing relationships
  • Manage and update CRM to track clients through the sales process
  • Commitment to attaining or exceeding monthly sales goals  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia License or pursuing required
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn, get better all the time (you are coachable) 
  • Thrive in collaborative team culture while remaining self-motivated and resourceful (you like being part of a team but hold yourself accountable)
  • Comfortable making “the ask” and hearing “no” 
  • Results-oriented and a stronger closer (you’re committed to getting the job done)
  • Confident in oral communication skills over video (this means you can talk to people)
  • Unquestioned integrity and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, your co-workers, and the company

Job type: Full time, Commission

Compensation
$61,000 - $86,000+ at plan commission
