  • Primary duties include follow-ups, email/phone communication and overall management of the sales pipeline
  • Communicate effectively with clients, teammates and peers
  • Provide world-class service to all clients and prospects
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property needs
  • Show homes to prospective home buyer clients
  • Drive with or alongside buyer clients to provide access and view homes
  • Schedule and attend on-site showings with clients and vendors
  • Schedule and addend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
  • Promptly return all buyer and client telephone calls, texts, emails, questions and concerns
  • Provide clients with pricing information and market evaluations
  • Write contracts for clients and assist with their purchases
  • Hold open houses regularly
  • Regularly attend team meetings

Required Licenses:

  • Driver’s License
  • Real Estate License or in process of completing license
  • Self-motivated, people person, organized, resourceful and a fast learner
  • Forwarding thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
  • Willing to work well alone with a team
  • Be open to a flexible work schedule and be willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Have some knowledge of technology
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Sales experience is an asset but not required
