Our team is rapidly expanding, and we’re searching for a driven inside sales representative! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads and turn former customers into repeat business. Responsibilities
  • Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
  • Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
  • Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
  • Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports
  • Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase

  • Be a licensed real estate agent or considering getting your license. We are happy to talk with you about your career plans and provide you with real estate school recommendations
  • Be ready to dive into an extensive training program designed for success. Must be licensed to begin training
  • Be ready to devote yourself to team commitments and a full-time career of growing your real estate business. (Commission based, part-time agents do not apply)
  • Be a team player! Learn from and accept feedback from the team and share your ideas and strategies
  • Be ready to dive into an exciting and energetic work atmosphere

Qualifications
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills

  • Have a valid Real Estate License or be considering a career in Real Estate
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Technology-driven
  • Interested in sales or has sales experience
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Ability to operate in a high-paced environment

Compensation
$100,000+ at plan
