Ideal candidates will be located in Rhode Island with a willingness to travel from town to town for your clients. If you are looking to sell only in one or two towns this is not the position for you. Ideal candidates will have sold a few homes on their own and understand the overall sales process.

Brand new agents will be considered. Ideal candidates should be looking to consistently close 3-5 homes per month and earn between $75,000 - $200,000 in their first year. This is 100% commission based so you must be financially able to support yourself until your first few closings.

  • You must be a full-time agent! This is a full-time business that requires full-time hours to be successful. You must be present and willing to commit to attending team training and participating fully in activities during/for training.
  • You must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary and maintain a positive attitude on a tough day.
  • Be learning-oriented! We want people that are always looking to improve themselves and learn how to better service their clients and increase their income.
  • Not be afraid of money! You work hard and deserve to earn a good living for it. We want people who are looking to change their/their family's lives with the income you can earn in real estate.


  • Active real estate or broker license.
  • Passion for real estate, sales, and helping others.
  • Willing to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Willing to learn and attend training.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Active on social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • MS Office familiarity.
  • Looking to work full time in real estate.
  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Have a dynamic personality.
