- A sales-driven buyer’s agent that can prospect leads and likes booking their own business.
- A buyer’s agent that prefers the stability of converting leads into sales.
- Contact leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home.
- Consult with clients and assist them in finding properties that meet those needs.
- Work your SOI to generate listing opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
