Fast. We are one of less than a dozen teams in the valley who have access to pre-set Zillow appointments and access to several 3rd parties who trust our agents with their high-level clients looking to buy and sell their homes.

Compensation: Agents hitting our minimum sales standards will make $75,000+ minimum with many of our high-performance achievers earning over six figures a year.

• Prospect for new leads to promote new business
• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities      
• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Learn our current inventory by touring homes in person and online
• Create written purchase offers and negotiate on behalf of buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods
• Continually strive to become an expert on the local market and economy
• Participate in training and coaching to develop and grow skills
• Work hard and have fun working with a supportive team!

• A valid AZ Real Estate License is required for this job
• Self-motivation, ambition, and drive
• Great communication and social skills
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
