With our proven training program and access to quality leads from our partners such as Zillow, Google, and Facebook, we can teach you how to close more deals, getting greater exposure in the marketplace, and reach your full potential.
Within our 3 day initial onboarding and 8 week beginner agent training in the first 90 days our expectation is for agents to close 2-3 deals a month. Our training program includes intensive onboarding, where you are taught how to convert leads, conduct buyer/seller consultations, the transaction process from contract to close and everything in between. Ongoing training is also provided, covering topics such as roleplaying, listing appointment prep, negotiating skills and objection handling.
