We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction

  • Making prospecting calls
  • Setting qualified buyer appointments
  • Previewing homes
  • Showing homes
  • Holding open houses
  • Evaluating home values
  • Writing and negotiating offers

Qualifications
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred

  • Must be trustworthy, confident, people-oriented, and reliable
  • A team player who enjoys working hand in hand with an established company’s standards to deliver excellent customer service

Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
