Responsibilities
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Qualifications
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Technology driven
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
Compensation
Potential to earn $103,000+ annually

We have 9 locations in the Central Florida area with over 400 salespeople and over 20 support staff. We are growing and are looking to hire to expand our business.
