Compensation is reflective of a base salary plus commission.
$65,000 salary + commission (average compensation $85,000 annually, based on performance)
Responsibilities
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Technology driven
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Self-motivation and drive
Compensation
$65,000 - $85,000 base + commission
