As part of the Keller Williams Realty family and our team, our Real Estate Sales Agents are responsible for assisting sellers and buyers through the buying and selling process by developing a database, connecting with buyer and seller clients, showing properties, and negotiating contracts.
Our company has mastered online lead generation, and when this is supplemented with more traditional sources of business such as open houses and neighborhood prospecting, you will have all the systems, tools, and training necessary to take you to the upper echelons of production.
Licensed agents with some experience preferred, but possibility to train the right person if they can demonstrate past accomplishments and a high degree of motivation.
