Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet their needs
  • Client follow up/manage incoming leads by phone, text, video, and email
  • Overall management of sales pipeline, keep CRM updated with lead status and notes and follow up reminders
  • Provide World Class Customer Service to our buyers and sellers
  • Our CRM keeps everything organized for you!
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
  • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
  • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
  • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales

Qualifications

  • Current Real Estate License (minimum 2 yrs. licensed and closed min. of 10 buyer or seller transactions in past 18 mo.)
  • Familiar with the DuPage, Will, and or Kane County areas
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Enjoy negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
  • Thrive in a true team environment
  • Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
  • Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and learning based

Compensation
$100,000+ (Potential - Commission Based Income)
