Lively Charleston is more than a Real Estate Team.
We are a Peak Performance Team that is exceptional at buying & selling Real Estate.
We believe that in order to be great at what we do, we have to continuously strive for personal growth. We are intentional about exercising our minds, our bodies, and our skill sets so we can achieve Peak Performance both personally & professionally.

The Lively Charleston Team is a collection of highly skilled individuals with an obsession with creating unique & memorable experiences for our clients.
We are vastly different than the standard Real Estate Team.

The Lively Charleston Properties Team provides you with all the training, accountability, marketing, systems, tools & support you need to be a world-class agent that can hit your goals while providing a unique & memorable experience for each of your clients.

We exist to help you as a Realtor develop your skills, increase your sales, smooth out your monthly income, and ensure you are as successful & profitable as you can possibly become.

Most Realtors fail and/or struggle their entire career as they are never really taught the right way to truly become successful and never provided the necessary tools to do so.

To become a successful fully Independent Realtor you must not only “MASTER” how to be a great Realtor, but you must then also “MASTER”: systems, hiring, training, processes, marketing, HR, management, and more… 

Being a part of The Lively Charleston Team removes all of these “Roles” off of your plate, so you get to focus on the “True Money Making Activities” as a Realtor. These are Lead Generation, Lead Follow-Up, Appointment Conduction, and Negotiation of Contracts. We take everything else off your plate so you can truly thrive at the most important activities.

Here at Lively Charleston, we believe there are a lot of ways to win in the Real Estate game.

  • If you like the constant flow of internet leads, we believe you can create a large book of business quickly and be successful in nurturing those leads. 
  • If you prefer Open Houses, we believe you can do 10x the Open Houses - instead of working internet leads - and still be very successful.
  • If you like the numbers game of pounding the phones and hitting daily dial numbers goals, you can be extremely successful in doing that.
  • If you want to focus on Expireds and For Sale By Owners, you can definitely be successful with that approach.
  • If you prefer to network with as many people as possible, spending lots of face time with people, and building deeper relationships, you can absolutely be successful that way as well.

However, no matter what strategy you choose… people will have to know you, know what you do, and know that you’re great at it.

At Lively Charleston we believe that assisting YOU, the Agents, in creating a strong brand and presence, is the key to success for everyone - both individually and collectively.

We put additional emphasis on helping our Agents create strong personal brands in addition to building the Lively Charleston brand. Using innovative content marketing strategies and distribution systems, we are creating a brand that reaches, impacts and creates value for more people than any other local brand has done so far.

This will create Agent and Brand recognition, trust, and more opportunities to help Charleston residents buy and sell Real Estate.

We are big believers in making sure our team can learn something new every day. We have weekly training that focuses on different aspects of the business. From buyer appointment training, listing appointment training, dialogue training, and training curated to where you may need further assistance. We have you covered.

Along with in-person training, we have an online training portal where you can log in at any time to brush up on the various aspects of the business.

For our newer agents, you will be able to select a mentor agent that will help you with the first few sales. Your mentor agent will be there with you every step of the way. From initial appointment all the way to closing, you will work one on one with a mentor agent to guide you along the way, making sure you feel confident and can serve your clients in the highest possible way.

Our team aims to participate in a "give back" event every 6-8 weeks. Along with local charities we support, we are always looking to support other local causes that our team is passionate about.

When you start working with Lively Charleston, we like to determine what your goals are upfront. We are a big believer you must have a "why" behind coming into work every day. You will be fully supported in creating your vision of success. From there we will help you set goals that align with your vision. Once the goals are set, we will back into numbers to show you where your activity level needs to be in order to hit those goals.

Please note that everyone's goals are different. We will NOT put a number on you. This is up to you to come up with as everyone wants something different. Some agents want to make $200k this year, while others only need $50k. No matter where you stand, we will support you 100% to ensure you can meet all of your personal goals this year.

I'm sure you have seen one of our "Lively Charleston" Jeeps driving around town. If you like to turn heads and start conversations everywhere you go, this will be a great opportunity for you. Vested agents have the opportunity to drive a Jeep, if interested. More on this later.
