We have been a listing broker since 2010 for the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for the West/South Suburbs of Chicago & Northwest Indiana. We also are a listing broker for the United States Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) for their single-family & farm properties in rural areas. This is a 100% Commission position that requires you to have very reliable transportation because you will be a mobile office, no desk duty, no cold calling, no office fees or any other hidden fees, pure 100% commission. HUD's commission structure is 6% total commission, 3% listing side and 3% selling side. Any and all bonuses are 100% yours. HUD sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Some construction and property management experience would be a big plus but not mandatory. You will have me as your mentor. I am a 110% Hands-On Broker Owner. You have to be CURRENTLY licensed in Indiana and/or Illinois in good standing.
We are looking for a very aggressive go-getter that is willing to work with me 7 days a week as I do. It's very demanding and you can easily work 70 hours a week but the money is great for the right sales agent. Making 6 figures is not out of the question. My goal is to keep you busy 7 days a week with a lot of leads. I don't believe in a lot of agents so there is no cut throating on each other, not my style.
