Our inside sales specialists schedule prequalified booked appointments. You will earn $65,000 - $120,000+ in the first year - No cold calling - No grunt prospecting - No desk fees. Admin Support is provided for you. We are building a HIGH-performance real estate team in Maryland and we are looking for experienced licensed Realtors to help us achieve our goal!
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
