We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in representing buyers to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients. As a part of the Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team you will have access to certified leads, no cold calling required, and training to lead you to success and better business. Our experienced support team of inside sales, transaction coordinators, and experienced mentors allows our agents to spend more time cultivating a better relationship with their clients. - Sell residential or commercial real estate
- Convert buyer leads to appointments
- Conduct through needs analysis of buyer
- Identify homes to show that meet buyers criteria
- Aid buyers in their search until they've identified their top choices
- Show homes to prospective home buyer clients
- Host open houses and other events
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients
- Assist buyers in any work that needs to be done on the property once inspection has been completed
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Accompany buyers to the closing ensuring that the buyers interests are protected
- Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
