We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience.   • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
  • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
  • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options

  • Establish connections, build, and maintain rapport with buyer and seller leads
  • Educate customers and clients through the home-buying and/or selling process
  • Host open houses and go on showings with prospective buyers
  • Master a listing presentation for prospective sellers
  • Utilize various sales scripts and techniques to guide customers/clients towards a sale
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for transactions
  • Follow and complete weekly accountability tracking measures
  • Attend weekly sales training, role-play sessions, and coaching sessions
  • Strive to complete 24 closings annually

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Must possess a valid Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License OR be willing to obtain it in a timely fashion
  • Display a people-oriented and customer-focused attitude
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Display a high level of motivation and an ability to work independently
  • Must be consistent, optimistic, resilient, and a team-player
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Display a willingness to continuously learn new scripts, systems, and technologies
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
  • Must reside in or around the Madison/Sun Prairie area

$60,000+ at plan commission
