The average first-year, newly licensed Real Estate Agent on our team will sell 24 homes. That’s 6 times the national average! The typical 2nd-year Real Estate Agent will sell over 30 homes. That is about 8 times the national average!

Training Provided

*No current license or experience necessary. 

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with leads
  • Show properties to prospective buyers
  • Execute listing presentations to prospective sellers
  • Counsel clients on current market conditions
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Guide clients to successful closings
  • Daily client prospecting
  • Attend sales training
  • Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.
  • Support and learn from other team-oriented agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career 
  • Strive to complete 24 to 40 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals 

Weekends, evening hours, and lots of local travel required to develop client relationships and execute transactions.

Full-time status is required.

Qualifications

  • Real estate sales license or willing to obtain in a timely fashion
  • *Training provided: no current license or experience necessary
  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation to succeed
  • Must be consistent, optimistic, resilient, and team-oriented
  • Ability to cultivate relationships on an ongoing basis
  • Excellent attention to detail, primarily for contract writing and review
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Time management and strong organizational skills are key
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission yearly
