We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. You will obtain critical hands-on training through client consultations, script practice, negotiations, contract to close, financing, and client care. All you need to do is have a positive mindset, determination, the will to succeed by showing up and doing the work. You will build your pipeline and we will teach you all of the aspects of the process; showing homes, scheduling and maintaining a calendar, prospecting by phone and open houses (weekends required), cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact database system.

Upon favorable review of your resume, you will be contacted for virtual screening and you will be asked to participate in a behavioral assessment, to determine your behavioral style. Those notes and the assessment will be further discussed in a face to face interview. If chosen to move forward, an additional interview will be required, at which time you will be asked to provide a list of 10 references.
